They are the bride's sister, or the guy who booked the tee times. Collecting 11 flight numbers by WhatsApp at 23:00 is not a job they signed up for.

Half a spreadsheet is wrong by the time you send it. A link that guests can go back into is wrong for about ten minutes.
The plan is the hard part, not the driving
Who shares a van with whom, and who waits how long, is the only real decision in a group arrival. It is arithmetic, so we do it.

Name, dates, where everyone is staying. Two minutes, and no guest list needed — you do not have one yet, and that is the point.

Nobody waits more than 45 minutes in arrivals for someone else’s flight, plus 15 minutes for bags and passport control.
